Achievement hunting

With the wipe so close, I expect a lot of us are hunting achievements. 

I think the Expansion, country achievements, the requirements are set too high.  

For example "Populated hills (epic)" needs 16 towns.  Whilst this may be doable with Monarchy, it will involve a huge amount of corruption.  Is there a maximum corruption, or can it reach 100% or more?  16 towns should be a way higher achievement than epic.

Many achievements still need tweaked, and they are low on the priority list.

Populated Hills, (challenging) is 8, (epic) is now 10.   

So, do the levels go Advance, challenging, epic, legendary and Godly, or am I missing some?
