Gem utility for Totem Tribe

It is 1.03. Do I need to take the game off my computer and reinstall it? Or is there something I can do just to fix that part? I don't mind to take it off and reinstall it as I LOVE this game and will probably play it a zillion times! I just don't want to keep collecting my gems if I have to delete it anyway. Thank you SO much for your help! I wish I had known about your site earlier - I will only be coming here for my games from now on!

I am having the exact same problem. I need 1 blue gem left for 100% and it is on Island of Worship. Everytime I try to open the island (only island of worship. I can go to any other island with no problems) it locks up for a minute and then dumps me back to my desktop. I have tried deleting it and reinstalling but it didn't help. Any ideas of how I can fix this?:mad:

You could try to delete save file for this island ( for Worship it is quest--17.dat ). Then when you click it on map you will strart this island from beginning. Not good solution at all, but as last resort that should work.

I i'm stuck at 99%, used the gem utility and tells me there are no gems on the islands anymore. What's wrong? Rob

I uninstalled it and downloaded it again but had the same problem. But when I reinstalled it had saved all of my info and I didn't have to start over again.

I can't fing the Enkord folder in my application data. does anybody know why?

I have the same problem with the file, ie file does not appear to be a valid archive. It is coming down as a .efw file. I renamed it .zip and .exe.......neither worked. Now what? :confused:

That worked. Thanks for the help. My gem utility still says I only need 1 blue gem though.

or so i thought... still at 99% pretty sure i got them all for some reason the gem utility only finds profiles of my previous tries. this is my third run and wonder if i upgrade from version 1.02 if i have to restart all over or if it will fix my gem count?

Okay, I tried to do what Jared did and delete the Island of Worship (.17 or whatever), and reinstall it...didn't work. I then deleted everything and tried to reinstall it...didn't work - still dumping me to my desktop. Maybe I'm not in the right place? I went into Program Files and found Totem Tribe and went into levels. I then found the number for Worship and deleted it, and then just ran the entire thing again. Was this wrong? Also, I thought I could try to do what you said above about resaving it to a different folder, but I don't know how to do that. Sorry, beserker, I feel really stupid, but I'm not very operating systems literate on the computer. Can you help me? I really do appreciate all your help - I've gotten through all the other things I posted about with your help!

Is it "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\" ?

Once I am in the application data folder No enkord appears in the list of folders. No matter how many times I download the utility. HELP PLEASE :confused:

i hope i am doing this right. i d/l the gem utility, and it showed the gems i missed on the islands. i started a new game, and when i check my progress with the gems, i have the old list, not what i have now. i am VERY computer illiterate, so if you could explain in detail what to do, i would appreciate it
