This has been something bugging me for the past few days... are there no units who are female? All the artwork, outside of the hero, seems to suggest TT2 is only made up of men. I realise that you need to and have put limits on the number of different buildings, upgrades, clothing/facial combinations, and so on... but it would be really great if you could add at least a few female (and non-Caucasian if I'm going to mention it) units. (Grrr, and as I write this I see the witch doctors are women - but I didn't research that, so I never noticed) Anyway, the point is, more diversity if possible.

Yeah, war is the men's thing so military units are mostly male :) Witchdoctors are female, plus among workers/regular villagers there are women (and children too).

Hmm, I don't agree with you that "war is a men's thing", and I haven't seen any women or children. (Not that I go looking for them) By the way, I like the new artwork on the tech page.

I love the seeing the kids running around the town, quarry etc, I noticed them about 3 days ago, and really, I couldn't care what sex the soldiers are. Personally I think "isms" are a can of worms that are best left untouched.

Actually, I just realised I should clarify. There are indeed women and children in my town; but when you click on them, the large artwork is of a man. I think probably before that was what I was complaining about but just didn't realise the detail was necessary until now. So, I'm less complaining about the increase in use of women characters and more arguing in favour of consistent use of imagery.

Good point, indeed. Sadly, for a number of reasons, we had just the same issue in the original Totem Tribe game, where the only females found anywhere were witchdoctors and the main heroine,
Aruku, herself, which looked really weird once you notice it. But the shared worker's portrait is merely a temporary solution and in proper time ladies and children will surely get proper pictures.

As time goes by. I am getting more frustrated by being attacked constantly. I spend most of my time repairing the damage - retraining and resupplying. As a suggestion, can it be possible when first logging into the game to create a hero. that when you choose to be peaceful, you are mapped in the same area as other peaceful heroes? Let those who want to battle be in their own zones as well. So much of the game is designed around fighting each other including achievements, etc. and unbalanced with those who have no desire to do that. There needs to be some way out of the fighting - this was the appeal of TT1 and Gold. You would battle with the game, but on your own terms. Not with heroes who repeatedly attack and destroy and in some cases multiple heroes attacking the same day.
