Yes, I am using the same internet connection as on my old laptop but on my new one it dose not run it ha windows 10 but the old one had windows 7 .Yesterday I tested on my old laptop it showed the same problem  I don't know what is going on but I did everything It maybe the problem with the client cause it shows that the enkord update agent.exe stopped working I have 2 laptops and 1 pc I tested on everyone but it shows the same problem or maybe it has something to do with my internet connection or router I use a Wi-Fi box 2.4 g it worked perfectly before . 

But it definitely not anti-virus because no signs of blocking it and no problems from firewall because it is turned off

"last time i posted it removed as spam links" this done specially - so that other players didn't go onto external "probably harmfull" links. That don't meant that we (developers) can't acesss this link or post.
Maybe your provider/router is blocking torrents activity (that is the way our update is download)

There is no need to create secondary account. We listed solutions that might help in this theme, try each of them. If problem stays, and it's inside router/provider - there is nothing we can't do to. Google how to configure your router or if problem within provider - ask them, why they limit such network activity..

Minegamersun got in so his issue is resolved.

after a windows update I got a message that access was denied to mine_dirt.png: http://imgur.com/a/x2InW

I followed the path as described in the error message and found the culprit. I looked at the permissions the other .pngs had, and I changed the mine_dirt accordingly. After that I had no more problems.

But i fixed it by Uninstalling AOEO=Age of empires online,Project Celeste and Project Penelope

I found the problem: the router. I call the internet company and the ports 6112, 6113, 6114 are open but still dont work. I download a vpn program (cyberghost) and connect without problem, but if dont connect vpn dont connect and send the error (vpn program its only a trial for 7 days x_x), i call the internet company already 3 times but they cant find the problem, any idea?

Had to get a new computer, laptop died.   Downloaded, played for a week with no problems.  Windows updates have now made TT incompatible.   The game launches, signs on, push Play and loads,  screen goes to a town and within seconds I get a screen that connection has been lost.    I reinstalled windows and TT and it worked for a few more days and is now happening again.   Firewall is turned off.  Totally at a loss what to do now.

Yep, guess I have to find another game to play cause not able at all to play this game no more for days. Wish not but hey, which the problem was solved at your end, but guess not. By the way, your game is a very good and exiting game to play. Hope you guys do good with the game , bye take care :)
