I downloaded and bought my game from bigfishgames.com
I have beat all of the islands through Ruins of Dream Shore including the two secret islands. However, everytime I try to revisit Cradle of the North my game either crashes of exits out of itself. I tried this method to restart the island but it didn't work. Any suggestions?

Perhaps you deleted wrong file? Correct file for Cradle of North ends with "-11.dat"

I did delete file 11. Although all of my files are saved as XML documents (which I don't know what those are). I deleted the one called "level11" and it did nothing

You shouldn't delete ".xml" files, those are actual levels, not saves. This way you broke your game setup. You should look for ".dat" files. That thread on forums explains how to find them and what to do if they are hidden.

If you ever had problems with Totem Tribe crashing when you try to revisit previous islands it means your save game is broken. Here on our forums I've posted how to solve this problem without starting new profile and replaying from scratch.
