This update releases completely redesigned
network code. This new code allows for a much faster and smoother
reconnects "behind the scenes". Reconnects now happen inivisbly
for player - no need to enter the game again after disconnect. This
should save you precious time when disconnects happen on your turn. This
is especially important when playing phone version on unstable mobile
connections. Additionally we have made some balance changes to make players interact with each other more: - Players are spawned tighter towards each other. Bonuses for victories still apply, but their effect is reduced.
- Collectivism and Republic adjusted. Collectivism bonuses were introduced in Alpha 1 version of the game and since then many more defensive boosts and protections were added, this making initial bonuses too big. Collectivism: defense reduced from 300% to 200%, attack increased from 33% to 50%. Republic: defense reduced from 400% to 300%, attack increased from 25% to 33%
Other changes and fixes: - Disarm perk now checks effect every round, not once until the end - should fix cheats with cerbero.
- Aborted battles with monsters now give 0 exp
- Battles are aborted faster when there are no kills
- Other fixes from bug reports
Let us know if it became better or worse or if there are any connection-related bugs.

Along with eliminating disarm perk, have you changed attack of other units, possibly even by accident? Ability to fight monsters increasingly difficult with increased losses, that did not occur in past with higher level units (medieval units and higher) Losing cavalry against low level monsters :(
No. But if you have found some "magic" combination of units to kill enemies without losses, that may be gone since you relied on special combination of actions what are not guaranteed to persist forever.
I don't understand what you say: if nothing related to that was changed during last patch, why would there be a difference since it ? I remember when I was not even invited for the alpha yet that you said that 2 battles with exact same units from each side will always result the same, and it seems this is true. Anyway River and Sammy, I checked what I could in your replays: armor and attack is unchanged for your units and monsters, armor formula still works the same, some of your units have their weapon upgrade counted as it should, I didn't go as far as checking for health because since replay doesn't directly show it anymore it's too annoying to find this out manually. Potentially other things could still be wrong, like for some reason gloves/helmet not being counted. I though about something obvious: being attacked by monsters if you are in collectivism since now you would have lower defense, but you are not in collectivism.

I didn't go as far as checking for health because since replay doesn't directly show it anymore it's too annoying to find this out manually.
Though I looked at the health of a royal worm in Karfaree and it's also unchanged. (I'm probably bad but i have no idea how to remove those 2 quote boxes berserker, don't hesitate to teach me)

For me, on PWA version when i re-open even after a short time, game goes in to flashing dots for a long time. i find it quicker to close game and relaunch as idk if it ever ends flashing dots. Before update, mobile version seemed to try and "play forward" all events since last connection. So in the morning, i see the game try and reproduce 1000's of events, rss increase, buildings complete, chats come through, etc etc, and generally it would time out or give up forcing a relaunch. idk if this changed in update too. So for me, i find the PWA version less stable now than before update as I must force close and relaunch each time i open it.
How much exactly is "short time" ? Also when the mobile version
goes into flashing dots could you please press 4 corners of the screen
at the same time to send us a report?

Because changes in internal mechanics affect randomness of the battle.

Bers, I can't make tall claims that I have been a supporter of the game since the start. But I do know that I have enjoyed the game ever since Totem Tribe 1. It is the only game I play now. I have a simple question regarding the latest upgrade. MA (Martial Arts) is not working. Earlier, we could fight almost all creatures on our own, without an army, just armed with MA, Disarm and Armor Breaker perk. You still needed an army for war, CHs and Dragon Hoard / Yeti. It wasn't a cheat discovered by accident. The game provided it and it was a blissful time in Teya. Now the MA perk isn't working like before. The hero is barely able to survive alone against a few spiders. Did you change anything? If yes, why? If not, can we please have our little slice of joy back? Thank you!

Bers, I can't make tall claims that I have been a supporter of the game since the start. But I do know that I have enjoyed the game ever since Totem Tribe 1. It is the only game I play now. I have a simple question regarding the latest upgrade. MA (Martial Arts) is not working. Earlier, we could fight almost all creatures on our own, without an army, just armed with MA, Disarm and Armor Breaker perk. You still needed an army for war, CHs and Dragon Hoard / Yeti. Also, it's not like unarmed was always good: it has been improved less than 2 years ago, it was nothing before. It's now less good than last 2 years but still better than before. He did that for Cerebro. I am hoping that the changes in MA was collateral damage which will be reversed. I have summoned all the Hindu Gods. And trust me- they run in hundreds of thousands!! Berserker will have a change of heart!

Game engine update is preparing for donwloading on laptop for nearly ten minutes. Czancerlled and retried, same/ So game is no more, so far, available on laptop. Had again trouble to disconnect before it

Still impossible to have the game loaded on laptop, even after 15 minutes. So can't play on laptop any more.
Game on phone freeze when bug report is used. Must get out and load again.

Only Disarm was changed. It was way too powerful and also allowed some ways for cheating, now it is fixed. Martial Arts and Armor Breaker work as before.
