Today we have added the Brickworks - a new building that was announced some time ago. This building allows to build special items - Domovoi Bricks which allow you to instantly complete houses or towers. This building unlocked under Chemistry in Renaissance Age as it's the age where excessive number of houses and towers are starting to get in the way of building other buildings. Bricks building requires Stone, so if you have excesive amounts of it, you can spend it on those Bricks. This building is available in Renaissance, but will last until Information Age. Let us know if it helps your building endeavors and overall experience with this building so we could tune it if necessary.

Good addition. Did you consider making the last level, requiring blueprint(s) able to make the universal domovoi ? Sure it can replace the cost of any building but with an extreme price it could still be fair by being higher than, say a non-promoted league of nation 5, but I guess you judged it would be odd to have such a high price yet not fine if less expensive than building normally.

Exactly. I felt it would not look good so I decided that making universal brick obtainable only via exploration would make exploration a little bit more rewarding. All in all, the biggest problem this building is trying to solve - too many houses/towers that gets in the way of other buildings. |

Is the best domovoi brick supposed to be found in chests/killing monsters/puzzle rewards ? I did all caves, dungeons, main quest, monster dens after those were released and never got one despite I got a lot of blueprints and figurines of enlightnement.

It has "very small" chance like top manuals, arithmometer, etc. Blueprint has "small" chance, while figurine of enlightment has "moderate" chance to appear. We will be also using it as some pre-determined rewards in quests, etc. |
