Am I being exceedingly thick? I can't seem to find the 4th Prince Shade to fight. I've searched all over the island to no avail; teleported here and there, but no 4th Prince. Please, someone, help!

If you have cleared all the fog on the mini map, you should see all the enemies except the King Shade in the middle. Are you sure you didn't accidentally kill the 4th one?

I have played this before several times and had no problem finding all 9 rocks but today I can't. Is there one on the home ground and maybe I built a building over it or in front of it?

Might be... Also make sure you've got rid of almost all of the black fog with your swimming scouts.

Re Ruins of Dream Shore: I destroyed what buildings were possibly blocking me seeing the 9th rock, but no joy. Have played the game about 6 times now and have had no problem so far, but am utterly stuck on this. Have removed all the black possible, including the island at the top.
Incidentally, I played the ending only twice, and now don't bother. It is too tedious. As to some extent Ruins of Dream shore is too, all that temple building to help the outcome, too tedious. Pity, as it is a great game. And obviously addictive...
1/2 hour later: Ahh, FOUND IT!!! Right in the middle, easy to overlook.
