New Server

I am in the central U.S. and the server is really slow.  I get flashing lights and delays in building response.  Also there is about a 3 to 4 second delay in posting in chat.  Maybe 20x faster in the Ukraine, but not here.

It's indeed slow right now. I live in the South East Asia and I constantly get the game loading with those green and red lights. Latency is high too, there's a lot of delay when I interact with something. 

Almost impossible to play today. Every click had flashing lights and switching between heroes often caused the 'almost ready, please wait' window to hang. I had to restart the game to stop this hang.

Got very little done today with either hero. Will wait until tomorrow to see if there is any improvement with this 'fast' server.

Also, how do I update the appearance of Edwin in the forum window? This is not how he looks today. I thought the hero's appearance would be updated regularly to keep up with gear changes while going through the higher ages.

I am in New Zealand and the game is very slow, was not like this before the server change, every action has a delay.  Cannot play timed puzzles as the timer goes down really fast and there is a delay in picking up each item or doing actions in the puzzles.  keep getting flashing green and red lights when my hero moves or tries to pick things up.  I have really quick internet so the problem is not from my end

We have moved to a new more powerful server which is around 20x faster than the old one.

It is located in the Germany now (old one was in the US), therefore connection speed might be slightly different, depending on where in the world you are, however on average this should be faster for everyone.

We have also ported our server software from Windows to Linux which makes our server fees smaller and will future-proof our technology. Everything considered what happened today will allow this game run for another decade or so.

However, there may be bugs and some instability, so please excuse us for caused inconvinience. We will work hard to fix them promptly. If you have any trouble accessing the game, please explain your problems here in the comments.

Also, let us know if the game is faster or slower for you now and in which aspects.

Since the second "maintenance", it's just unplayable, even on phone version

First, was fine after the first one, when log issues had been solved.

Then at 9h pm UTC, another "maintenance". SInce, it's awful

for a while, was faster on phone version

now, no more.

So, all versions are just unplayable.

and Germany is just so close..

while the lag seems to be fixed, VIP instant completion is down to 1 minute (despite having VIP3 for 12 more days)

another restart fixed that, so all good for now.

Hi I cannot log in at all.  I click the TTJ icon and my computer asks if I want to allow the update, I select yes and it immediately jumps to "update tool has encountered a critical error and needs to be closed ..."

one of FF members had to change email and password to even access the game yesterday. When finally given access, all old heroes, achievements, etc were gone. Is there any way to recover old heroes?

I am in UK. Last night game was extremely slow, flashing lights, lost VIP and much of what other players have reported.

All day today, I have been able to play ok, this evening I am being kicked out out of the game every few minutes, but none of the other problems like last evening

Getting kicked out more than once after less than 3 miinutes of logging in. Game is unplayable for me atm :(((

Nothing is gone. The old account still there. You just need to remember the correct email/password. Only saved login was lost yesterday, not actual account.

Today all seems fixed.  Overall i notice a definate increase in game performance.  Faster puzzles, battles, etc.
