Cannot log in

I get a critical error message over and over today - game crashed - I cleaned out my cookies and rebooted - can't find the technical help here on the forum

You have to start the game normally via launcher to download the update. Don't start it via core.

After already being in game today normally, now when I try to get in update stops at a certain number and message pops up that server is unavailable.

Same problem.  I can't get in at all no matter what method I use.  I've shut down, uninstalled, reinstalled, ran as admin, etc., etc.  I was on earlier today after the update as well.

cannot log into game same problem as others was on 10 hours ago and have been trying to log on for last 7 hours

game will NOT load no matter what way you try or what you do. have tried everything.  been this way for over 8 HOURS.

Sorry you can't get in, I let alliance know, they were wondering where you were.  Hope you get a fix soon.

Same here :( update stucks at 95%

sent a message to Ber's, but it is 2 am there now. 

I assume that you all have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the game? That's what I finally did yesterday and it worked.

it works now, thank you Ber's. 

Should be fixed now, I don't think uninstall is needed.

Again impossible for most to enter the game. Those who are playing are :

- on laptop,

* using web version

 *having used core.exe but does not work for all

*as I, because been deconnected but not closed the game

- on phone or Ipad
