Frozen Vale Island (Android Version)

I'm stuck on finding the last part of the complete Fishing Pole. I have found the Fishing Float, Hook, Bait, and Fishing Line. I can't find the pole itself. I have zoomed in on the island and no such luck. I have scanned every inch of the island and still no luck. I just need help in finding the last piece.
