Like most of us I was having difficulty understanding what to do with the tile puzzle. But thanks to Norm, that took the time to assist me, I now understand and want to help others understand. I also want to thank Tuey for playing along so we can have these pictures. First take out of your head everything perfecto said...He talks but says nothing. He is the reason you are confused!!. forget rotational, symetrical and everything else he said. Like Einstein said "if you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough :) So lets look at the puzzle .... the arrow marks the beginning point. Why there? Because it was the easiest spot I saw :) Now, all we have to do is look at the tiles and figure out where can we add tiles on opposite sides. So if we add tiles on the right side we need to be able to add the same tiles on the left side. Same principle for up and down. Also if a group of tiles is on a border, then you can't add tiles on the opposite side, since there's no space to add past the border. There can be a single tile with no other adjacent tiles in the puzzle..hope It makes sense. as you see above we added on either side of the green. You can also see where we added tiles on the right side...sorry Tuey can be impatient so we missed a pic :) Now we can do the other side of the red with diaminds to mimick this side . Above is how it looks Now to decide where to go next...where do you think it would be an easy choice? here is where we decided to go Here is where the round knobs come in handy, They are located in the center of your shape, therefore, what ever is on the right side or the top, must be on the left side or the bottom of the knob. This picture displays our next target. It couldn't be blue, since we couldn't add blue on the opposite side. For the same reason it couldn't be red, therefore green it is. This also shows an example of a single tile. This is how it looks...sorry for that black line. Now looking at the same picture, try to figure out what color tile goes there I hope you played along and picked the correct color. Final spaces, just remember the placement of the knob and you will know what to do. All done :) It really wasn't that hard, I'm sure as it gets bigger the difficulty will also increase. We just needed simple instructions. I have never done anything like this before, I hope it can help others understand this darn puzzle, have FUN :)

Thank you all for your kind remarks. Maybe Bers will change the instructions from Perfecto to make them simpler in an effort to assist players in understanding how to achieve "perfection" or just be able to complete puzzle :)

Tile Puzzle Instructions
Everything up to this point is good.
You have to make shapes from the tiles and all the tiles have to be Rotationally
Symmetrical! . All sides must be equal. Otherwise it’s not magnificent enough!
I have placed some tiles there myself to lay out the foundation of perfection for you.
You need to cover the floor completely with rotationally symmetrical shapes. I will see
imperfection right away, so think before you place a tile!
What is rotationally symmetrical?
A rotationally symmetrical shape that can be rotated 180 degrees around its
center and it will be the same shape. In more simple words for your
understanding, if you add any tiles to a single or a group of tiles on the
right side you must be able to add the same on the left side to make it
Perfect, but not necessarily at the same level (think of an "s" shape in aome instances). The same principle applies if you add tiles above or below.
This is what makes the shape Rotationally Symmetrical. Just remember, it will get harder as it gets bigger!!
Additional hints For every action, there’s an equal
opposite reaction needed for perfection, therefore a tile placed on a border will
have limited actions available. The round knob marks the center of
the final shape, remember this! There might be a shape consisting of
a single tile. Final shapes are not necessarily
square!. Added tiles must touch and match existing tile color!

To be honest, and this might very well
just be me, I would appreciate if these ingame instructions (goes for
other puzzles as well, Flower Puzzle, Tesla, etc.) were written by a
native speaker who has a feeling for writing instructions in general
and possibly for writing for non-native speakers.
While I appreciate the effort(s), for
me (hence subjective), all of them have a „been put through Google
translate“ or „bad translation agency“ ring to them which makes
me wanna not engage with the puzzles.

when the penny finally dropped, that the stone/knob HAD TO STAY in the centre, no matter where you put a tile, it all fell into place. Since then I have solved the puzzles easily.

me wanna not engage with the puzzles. Honestly, a few words "lost in translation" (not googled) should not be a reason to dismiss working the puzzles. They are incredibly fun to do. BTW this is a global site, and if you are offended by those speaking English as a second language you may run into some issues here.

I wonder what part of my post made you
think I could be offended by folks whose first lingo isn't English?
I'm a non-native speaker myself and applaud everyone who takes on the
efforts it takes to communicate in languages other than their mother
tongue. It was exactly that perspective (of a
non-native speaker) that triggered my post – text written by
non-native speakers for other non-native speakers can have a double
(or even multiplied) negative effect caused by inefficiencies on both
(speaker/writer and recipient) ends. Again, it might just be me, but
especially with the puzzles my reaction to the ingame text (not the
puzzles or their logic, and not the additional information provided
by players in the forum which I also find helpful) was rather
negative. Hence I tried to make a constructive suggestion.

The person who responded to your post, did not contribute anything to it.The Developers of the game are of course Non native speakers and while they try hard to do their best to word something correctly, yes at times they fail. We normally do not insult them for that, we try to help make the conversations better. So I am not sure why you would criticize anyone for the way they talk or try to communicate, it is not helpful or constructive. Some of the dialog within the game is "in character", so if this game is not polished enough for your taste, I am sorry. We try to help make it better and it is part of why we are here to test.

Actually we have players helping us with proofreading so even although texts are written by non-natives, they are more often than not copy-edited. Can't comment on the resulting quality myself though :)
