Missed personal details in account?

Hi, could you please help me? I am very sorry, i am very new here. I need to "learn stone-cutting", but the page tells me that I must complete my registration by entering missing personal details... i  cannot find what exactly is missing, could you explain me? Thanks

I wish I could help you with the question you need answered.  Only the developers can do that though.  They can see what is missing from your registration.  :-)  I think you get one chance to change your general tag if and when you decide to do it.  :-)

It should open up the browser window where you can enter missing details like real name, secret question, etc..

Thanks, but  only the forum account window opens always. And I entered everything during the registration. Only phone number was entered later. All other details  were filled. So I cannot understand what is missing because the details tab does not open at all.

I.e. I see my control panel only)) there are not any missing details

Indeed looks like you've entered all the details. Have you tried to restart the game?

Thanks! I started new game from another comp, but i am in one another town now. And - surprise! - there were no any such strange notitfications. I'll try to see what happens when i'll return home. In this moment  everything is OK, there were not any problems with the  stone cutting research.

but I tried to restart the game of course, I wrote here when I ran out of my own opportunities to resolve this. So I will update later after few days when I see what happens with the other comp:)

Hi, it's me again. I promised to write what happens ) So... The problem was the same, when I tried to start the game from home. The stone research was unavalaible, the hero was  not transferable.

So I desided to delete all files. And I've  downloaded the launcher again. And all updates too, of course. And  this had an effect - I can start stone reseach now)) But I cannot tell why I couldn't do it before. The only suggestion is that my first nick was duplicated. And I  really appriciate that River wrote about this) Many thanks  one more time, River!

I have the same question, I redownload but still can't learn the new technology, I filled all blanks but still can't learn, please help me. Thanks

can the developers told me directly what is missing in my personal details? I think its easier for me to answer instead of trying all the browers again and again.  No blanks for me to fill except change of emails or passwords.

HI, look into your profile , is there #2, # 3 after your nick name? It should be better if you write under your nick, becouse exactly that is the problem - duplicated nicks (I believe). My first nickname was  River - we were 2 Rivers here. I changed mine, and the problem was resolved. I reinstalled the game on the PC from which I registered here. But if you registered from another PC, you do not need reinstall - I used 2 different comps, and only the first one needed it
