The big milestone of launching the website is behind and we are working on alpha version of the game at full speed. While I was busy with the website, the rest of my team was tweaking user interface. Here we have some screenshots
Above you can see a screen where you can select existing Hero/Country or create a new one. You can have serveral countries on your account and manage them at the same time. These screens show what you will see when you enter the game before you dive into managing your country and doing quests.

Looking good. I keep checking the site every oh, 6 hours or something, hoping to finally be able to play ;) To think, once it's live we'll all stop saying that! :)

berserker, if I can have multiple hero/countries, can I be my own neighbor? Do I have to be on the same game server to be with my chosen neighbors?

Separate servers are separate game worlds, so yes. But initially we will have only 1 public server. More servers will be added only if the game will be super-popular and one server will not fit everyone who is willing to play. Those servers you see on the screenshot are development servers. And yes, in theory you can be your own neighbor, however everyone will see that your 2 countries are managed by the same person and your interaction between your 2 countries will be significanlty limited. For example if you attack someone with your one country, you will not be able to attack that player with another country of yours. You also will not be able to transfer resources or units between your countries. This is made so your extra country will not give you an advantage over someone who has only one coutry.

Ah, I thought for sure I had found away to be by myself . I still thrown off by the whole PvP aspect. But as you can see I am still willing to hang on for the game since the first two are my most favorite!!

Brendatimj, if we are neighbours I will not attack you, I'm not big into PvP either and try to avoid it when I can. I'm currently playing a game where in one of the first 7 levels you have to attack one neighbours. You can toggle your creatures to hide if you are attacked and then when you get to a certain level you can mark your dungeon as a PvP player, or you can leave it as it is. If you leave it as it is there is still a possibility of being attacked, but the chances of that happening are quite minimal as the PvP players tend to keep to themselves. Maybe the developers could think about introducing something like this for some of the different campaigns (obviously at some stage in the future) such as the culture and science victories.

OK to date I'm not big on PvP also. That might change with this game but I don't think so. So if you guys are willing when this is up and running we can all be neighbors. Screen shot looks great. Can't wait to get going. Love TT.

@ jnine in order for us to be neighbours we all have to start playing at the same time and as some will get to be beta testers it means that they will start way before some people. What I suggest we do is that the non PvP players set up an alliance to help defend against attacks, from those who like to battle.
