Recently we have finished working on Game Launcher which will allow us to update the game frequently and propagate the updates to all the people playing the game. This was vital part to game launch and after this problem is solved there is nothing big left that stands in the way of launching Totem Tribe II: Jotun alpha test! Yay!
There are still minor things left, plus we will have to do some in-house testing prior to letting people in, but if all goes well, first people from outside of our team will stand their feet in the world of Teya again. Very likely that next news post will be about first people getting in. Are you as excited as we are? :)
In the other news: I've added feature to change your account nickname. It will be able enabled with game launch for everyone (one-time rename), but I will also need to have it tested, so if you want to change your nickname - let me know here in comments and I will enable it for you right away.

As exited as you are ? Well, probably even more so, as you have had your hands and eyes on it for quite a while now, so you already know what it feels like to play the game. Me, I'm anxiously waiting to get that experience !!! ;) By the way do you have any time-frame planned for the release of the open beta for those unfortunate ones, who don't get the opportunity to test the alpha version ? |

Am I as excited as you are? That is hard to say. Even though you know all the in's and out's of the game I am very sure you are eagerly anticipating the release of the game to show off all that you have done. Your team has worked so hard for so long and have only been able to show us little bits here and there. I'm sure each and every one of you will have game day jitters when launch day comes because you will be so proud that you finally get to show it all off. You will be a bit tense as well, hoping everything goes well that fateful day. So, I know the excitement must be chewing you up inside, just as much as it is for me while I impatiently wait for my turn to play. As for the name change ... I would like to be An81angel again if possible, if still no numbers are allowed than can I change the A in angel to be uppercase so my name is AnAngel? Thank you very much! |
