Have just done tech and lost brigs to get hovercraft. now i need sulphur to get them the only way i can do that is to move sulphur to port town. That means i lose the plant in the town that i move sulphur from so will have to rebuild plant and build building for hovercraft. could the game be changed so hovercraft dose not need sulphur as transport for army is one thing you need.
