I know the gaming community has traditionally played fast and loose with the issues of sex and consent, but that doesn't mean it was ever acceptable, let alone funny. It is certainly not acceptable anymore in 2022.
So I am quite concerned about a storyline I stumbled upon today, which featured a female hero losing consciousness after drinking something given to her by a man, then waking up naked in his bed, after which he went on to pretend nothing had happened.
I am sure you can re-write this storyline and keep it fun and sexy, without any - and I'll be kind and not use the R word - problematic issues around consent. After all, she went to his bedroom willingly in the middle of the night, so there was no 'need' to drug her (not that there ever is). Let her have a say in what happens to her body, please, it's more fun for everyone that way :)
