cost of wharf

Tsunami	I understand that oil derricks are a lot more expensive, because we get 130 per level instead of 50, like last stage. What I do NOT understand is why the wharf is so much more expensive than last stage, as we get nothing extra. level 10 costs 28 800 wood.
