Creature Attacks

1 2 3

Just an FYI, it seems no-one in our alliance will be doing despot heroes this round.  Perhaps a couple just because it makes attacking the habitats easier, but i expect PvP will be greatly reduced this round from our alliance.  We did top the all time attack charts last round though!  Enjoy!

Outside of the Habitats, In regards to PvP, the main challenges i find are the cost of the armies and bombs and also the travel times.  Currently, we can only afford enough bombs and travel time overlap timezones to attack together once per day to 1 target.  Electricity and the 5 hour round trips being the main limiting factors.  Hope space age helps.

Another suggestion to reduce the frustration is to reduce the resurrection time of the hero so that if killed, the entire game session (for those of us that can't play all day) isn't lost to total boredom with little to do other than farm.

I will reduce resurrection time by 25% and will increase the speedup limit for resurrection from 50% to 75% in the next update

Thanks for the update but for future ones (if any at all for the next months), keep in mind what you said: "the instability of the situation in our country (continuous shelling, missile explosions, etc.) made it risky to deploy updates, because in case when we deploy an unstable update and the internet goes off for a long time due to line being cut, players would be left with broken game for a long time", it sounds more and more serious recently with electricity missing. For example I can live with this bug https://www.totemtribe.com/bugs/view/reconnecting-often-require-many-attempts/ not being fixed if trying to fix it may cause the whole game down for weeks. I expect you to say that today's update was trivial, just increasing some numbers so that was 100% safe, but to that I say: somehow, giving armor upgrade to trebuchets gave them hundreds of charges after an update, so you never know for sure.

The electricity supply was out when I was deploying this update :)

I have a powerful UPS with 200 Ah battery + 2 generators, one on petrol, another on natural gas, plus I have 2 separate internet connection lines so I am slightly prepared for what is possible coming. It is not as risky right now as it was back then when their army was close to our capital, during these 8 months we have used to live in the new reality where was is a permanent state of lie and understand potential risks better.

The funny thing is that some weeks ago I wanted to suggest you buying less than that and I didn't because I though you would think it's excessive, especially the price of petrol/natural gas.

Thank you Bers, for me that makes a big difference.  Hopefully for others too.

for the hero resurrection, I really hope you didn't forget the balance of PvP battles, I am ok to help in resurrection if hero killed in a monster battle or in quests (I wish it gets even less time to resurrect), but honestly if he is killed in a PvP battle I believe it is necessary to maintain the older stats, that's what I think.

Maybe that's intended but I think you made a mistake for deadly canyon, you see, for example, cursed pyramids first spawn weak zombies before spawning stronger scorpions, but for the deadly canyon it's the opposite, it spawns golems first and then worms. You can check as much as you want, the fact that worms have a lot of health definitely don't make them as dangerous monsters as the golems who have a lot of attack.

Will be fixed in the next update

We advise the same as Eftee does to her alliance, it does work.

I guess from this perspective, players are investing more in offense, which is acheiving Bers goal.

I am still unclear as to how this helps the game unfortunately.  Are people donating to acheive there offensive growth?

In regards to "taxing peple who skip PVP", I would rate myself as one of the more active PVP players, however the habitats tax me also.  More in time and effort than growth of armies however.  I find them a nuisance, which is why I have said before they have a negative effect on me.  Even when I am destroying them, constantly looking for the next one to appear and dealing with it before I lose some irreplaceable or expensive units, is nerve wracking.

If you provide with extensively detailed information like how often you engage in PvP and how and how creatures still attack you, we may  tweak the creatures to they will give bigger cooldowns to PvP players.

Hi Bers, would you consider allowing carpets being used for the return trip from the habitats? Would speed things up a little for people who are not spending so much time in the game.
