You definitely don't want my money. I tried two cards, from different countries, the same cards I use on amazon or to buy flight tickets. The same cards I used before on your site. Maybe you can offer an alternative to superrewards? |

It's not that simple as adding extra payment processor involves quite some legal hurdle with signing up agreements, then spending time on tech integration, then preparing extra documents each month for our bank and so on. We had alternative in form of RegNow, but they turned out to be even worse. When the game will be more ready with more people playing it we will definitely set up some alternative but at the moment the number of players and thus donations is pretty slim, and we better focus on making the game, not charging for it. Each payment processor might have individual troubles with sepcific orders / credit cards but in general SuperRewards were fine for us for years, processing payments for our other online game. I do feel sorry about you not being able to charge and I am definitely interested in getting all donations we can get, but I am afraid I can't help you with that. I can contact their support and inquire about your blocked payment attempts but they will most likely ask for specific details I will not be able to provide. Unfortuately all I can do is to suggest you contact their support and ask about this. I did contact them, they ask for order numbers which I can't provide since all my transactions have been rejected I don't know for what reason. |

Altho I donated this AM with SuperRewards/Paypal, later in the day when I went to donate again in the same manner, Paypal did not come up as an option. I was able to use the link Bers provided and searched "unable to use Paypal with SuperRewards." The search produced a response that there are changes occurring, but the Paypal reference seemed to indicate it was still available. At the bottom of that page, there was a link to send a further inquiry, which I have done. Am waiting for a response. |

there is about a 6 to 8 hour delay between being able to donate with pay pal, if you do it once must wait till it is there again |
