error message

I have tried to email support with problem and do not know if they got. I emailed before and got a response, but not this time and it has been a week. I seem to have a problem with Skull Island. The first time I went to the island it locked up on exit, and i had to close using the task master. I followed instruction not to play last save and the island opened. I finished the level. I went back later after scouts could swim to pick up the feather and missed jewels. I picked up the feather but had close island before finding all the jewels. When I closed Skull Island, it locked up and I got an error message. The message stated I should attach selected files and email to have problem fixed.

In looking through some of the threads I found the one explaining how to delete a quest for an island and replay just the island and not the whole game. So found quest for skull island(#8) and deleted it. Replayed island, collected my feather, and found all the jewels. Now treasure chest says I have all 8 feathers. BUT when I go to Firefly Island to give the 8 feathers to the mage, it won't work. I can not get the mage to take the feather. What do I do to make this work? Please this is so frustrating.

I actually started another game. It also lock up after a 3 islands. I gave up and uninstalled the problem. Went to program data and deleted all the saved quests and other files. Then I reinstalled the game. I have played the game all the way to Inside the Comet with no more lock upsl and any other problems.
