Fighting Creature Habitats

So, you have been attacked by a Creature Habitat.  Basic first steps.

Attacks are plunder only.  Build your stashes (you get a 2nd in classic, a 3rd in Med) high as you can.  If there is little or no resources, attack will leave, after fewer rounds.  Zero plunder available, 1 round only.

 It will save on both units killed and resources.  Also use Shelter, for hero and army, when you are offline.  If shelter isn't big enough............

You can send the rest of the units, to a location, with food.  You can also send food to locations.

If they run out of food, mostly all of them will return back to the town, they were sent from.

For new heroes, is 4 creature habitats that spawn within an hour of the hero normal, or do I have extra, because of 4 victories?

Seems they spawn with resources, but creatures don't turn up until later?  Creatures don't attack new players, until 14 -21 days, maybe this is when they spawn?  Be sure and plunder all the resources, in theory, less creatures will spawn.

Attack from older habitat, unplundered. 20.8.22 A new habitat takes 10 - 14 days (estimate) to spawn monsters, recommend plundering daily, so there are few resources, to spawn monsters. Once cleared (all monster dead), may take a week or more, for more to spawn, MAYBE. To be tested. Bers "I've ran a lifetime simulation and for a newbie casual player, there were like 97 attacks per kingdom life and 17 creature habitats by the end. Thats 1 attack per 1.5 days on average. If she was attacked 2 times a day, probably she had significant no-attack period before or afterwards.
