Where can I find the gem utility on my computer? I have downloaded and used it once. It seems to have caused an error to occur on my gamehouse account. I want to delete any files relating to it.

It is placed exactly where you have downloaded and extracted it. (i.e. location is custom and depends on you).

I have a similar problem to a previous person. I got my game from Gamespring (MSN games). I am unable to find the profile.dat even with my hidden files showing. May I unpack your gem utility anywhere, and have it still work? :confused:

in order for it to work you need to search for profiles.dat and locate it. perhaps it is on another logical drive or something. it must be somewhere.
