level 1 fishing is no different from level 5 fishing. i was wondering at first that it was a bug. but maybe the improvement could be small, like say, 10% increase in quality at level 5. if thats how it is, then these numbers should be written, so that other players wouldnt have to find out themselves, only to later be dissapointed...
