I finished the quest on Blueberry Island but one of the tribesman is froze ill so I'm unable to open the chest to get oil! Also on Ruins of Dream Shore I finished quest and tribesmen will not go to other island to get last jewel! Is there a fix for this or do I need to start all over, I only have two Islands left to finish at this point! |

This game is 7 years old, we do not do tech fixes for it anymore, sorry. You may want to try and restart the level. As for the jewels I haven't heard anything like that. Are you sure you are not missing something that will allow you to go there? |

Is there a way to restart just one level after the quest has been fulfilled or do I need to start the whole game over? |

If you haven't finished the island, you just quit and then when it asks to continue - do not resume. If the island is already finished, you will have to delete some files. This thread has the details: http://www.totemtribe.com/talk/how-to-fix-crashed-islands/ |

I'm not having any look with with this thread and fixing my game problem. I need to re-download the game and start all over but when I do I get my same game with the same problem. So can I get a new game to download or a key code to download from Enkord website? |

Sorry, I don't get your last message. Re-downloading and re-installing the game will not help in your case. |
