I have a game suggestion that will make alliances more commonwealth.
When an alliance member's storage is full, all excess production is added to their alliance storage. The storage can be accessed and withdrawn from based on a max amount of each resource per day.
If an alliance is attacked and loses, the attacker can take a percentage of the alliance storage based on level, perk or item. For instance alliance A's members have a "plunder perk" and could take 25% of the defeated alliance's storage.
More war, more money!
