I finally found it... usually they are in chests or stuff like that but this one was just too well hidden in the desert ^^' Thanks!

Could anyone help me out please? I am missing the very middle gem on the treasure screen, I think it is green but may be blue. I have figured out which of the 2 possible islands to visit for either of these gems but just can't figure out what to do to get them.
