I don't pick up the staffs as soon as they appear. I leave them by the obelisk that identifies them. I click on the temple that gets the staff to see whose staff goes there, then find the matching staff.

If you can't wait for the video. Make a map and note the name for each of the mini obelisks which give the staffs. Each of the holes have a pyramid next to it which tells you the name of the corresponding god's staff. Here are the holes and which god corresponds to them
Bastet Sobek
Apis Khnum
Seth Horus
Thoth Anubus
BTW, the staff for Seth is in the chest

but there is a problem i've got trhee staffs left khnum,baset and sobek and for the khnum the hole automaticly dint open :eek:

Generally the lower ones will open first also you have to solve the light puzzles to each god, before the upper hole will open. So make sure Thoth and Anubus pyramid have a symbol on their temple before moving to Seth and Horus then solve those light puzzles before moving to Apis/Khnum.
