i'd like to know why the 2 leaders go into?

 right where the fighting is taking place? don't you thinks they should be transported to a safe place by the villages? i think if they did that the game would last lot longer right?:(

Don't know why they do that -- but you can click and drag them out of harms way until you have your defenses in place. Once you've built up enough of a village -- they will stay towards the middle. That doesn't mean they can't be killed if the enemy penetrates the outer circle of your village -- as level 20 progesses and the fighting intensifies... (I believe you're on level 20?)

Sometimes you drag them out of harms way and they go running right back over there. Just make up cute things to say. I talk to my pixel people and immitate them. The first time I played it though the princess kept running over to the enemy and getting hit in the final battle. So I was going along with her. Hi, I'm a princess. Ouch! Why'd you do that? Ouch! I'm trying to be friends here! Ouch! Oh look here comes the chief, he wants to be your friend too! Ouch! Of course with each ouch I was dragging her across the screen and here she'd come running right back. When my son got home I kept running into him with my arms locked at my side. (Pretending to be the princess)Hi! Wanna be my friend? Ouch! Aww these little pixel people tickle me...

Reminds me of the poll I made on the forum I normally helped. How many of you have felt this way playing Totem Tribe? 1 - You have no hair because you pulled it all out 2 - You have no mind because you lost it 3 - You almost or did hit or destroy your computer 4 - You never realized you could say words like that 5 - You have no idea what I am talking about because you are so happy to play it. (Either you used a walkthru, nothing bothers you, you are taking drugs or something else) 6. Do you now need glasses or have you gone blind because you were too close to your computer screen trying to find those stupid items to finish the quest and the radiation from the screen burned your eyes? 7. Are you deaf because your family has been yelling in your ear to stop playing because they feel 24 hours straight trying to find that last shell is long enough and they are fearful for their lives because you look like a zombie and are afraid when you do talk, you will say your are hungry and want "BRAINS!" This poll made it easier for alot of people to finish the game because they understood they were not alone. :D I willl say that one of the responses that was pretty funny was that they sounded like a wounded hippo

lol I would have chosen #6, now of course if you ask my family they would say that I'd lost my mind. ;) She not only talked to those little pixel people and immitated them. I don't think she slept in the 40 hours it took her to play the game through the first time. She was awake when we went to bed and awake when we woke up. Then she just had to play it through to see the three endings. I love this game and am excited at the prospect of a TT2.
