We have lots of good items like bricks for buildings, wrath of kotygoshko to unbuild some other buildings.
It is very handy.
I shall confess that sometimes i dream to own more nut/silly thing like, for instance, a gift package with a black hole inside. When we wish, we could destroy an entirely town in some seconds with a wonderful animation.
That could be very fun, rare, and handy.
