Just trying to understand..

First; please don't tear me apart, I'm simply pointing something out and asking questions. I work on my defences, I'm a part of an amazing Alliance, and I do all the things people have already suggested I do. I'm NOT complaining about being attacked, I have no issue with that part of the game, I'm simply trying to point something out and ask questions. K..

Choose Politics: Quote-  If you are a CASUAL player or prefer to play safely at a calm pace - choose COLLECTIVISM. If you are an EXPERIENCED player and you want to enjoy all the game features and actively interact with other players - choose DESPOTISM.

Despotism: "..is best to fully enjoy the player vs player part of the game and fight with other players.."

Collectivism: "..is good for people who prefer to play from time to time and are not interested in fighting with other players actively." Then it says in all capitals "BEST FOR BEGINNERS AND CASUAL PLAYERS"

I will make my point below, in case you don't already see it..

I am a casual player, sometimes I have a couple days off, sometimes I work multiple 12 - 16+ hour days in a row. (And I know I'm not the only person in the world who works). My beef is this: the 30 day rule does not work, I'm sorry, but it doesn't. Not when you classify the politics the way they're described. For instance, I'm about to be targeted by someone 4x my level. True he's only 13 days older than I, but I am a CASUAL player, which is why I chose a CASUAL PLAY politic. So it's kind of contradictory when people tell me I don't spend enough time on the game, or I chose the wrong game, just because I don't think it's fair that someone of such a higher level should be able to attack me, when a CASUAL PLAY POLITIC is offered to new players and casual players who CAN'T be on the game 24/7/12. 

The descriptions are misleading, it ISN'T fair that those of such a higher level can target new (unfamiliar with how game works) and casual low level players, and I just think maybe the descriptions need a rewrite.. That's all I'm saying, I'm fine with being attacked, just not by someone of such a higher level who HAS the time to advance and upgrade faster than I do, and so chose the appropriate Politic. The description for Collectivism needs a re-write..

i am a despot player and would never have it any other way, BUT i totally agree with one point : the description of collectivism is misleading and disillusions players who are looking for a non-invasive casual style of play.
