You don't need to find the guide stones with the clues to solve this puzzle, if you don't mind a bit of clicking.

First enter your actual numbers, then keep adding 1 to each until you find it. So, enter:

147

258

369

470

etc.

All the trees are there, you need to look closer.

It is there. I just try to water everything until I find the right one. Some don't appear as dry as others do. and it can be hard to see them in the tree lines.

Yes .. good to bring up. In quest locations there are items behind the obstacles. Don't give up your search for things until the obstacles are eliminated and you are able to look beyond them.

Actually, unless I'm completely missing something,  Izabeth is correct - for some reason the formulae in line 19 on the calculator right now are incorrect. It certainly has always worked for me before, but when I went to check it for this thread, I can see that boxes C, H and M on line 19 (which should be showing the numbers you put in against each colour of flower at the top)  basically say D4*100+D4*10+D6, but it should be D5*10, not D4*10. As a result, the answer it gives won't now be the correct solution.

No idea how this got changed... or how we can change it back to the correct number, as the cells are locked.

Or have I got this completely wrong?!

Here is the calculator link for anyone wanting to check what I'm saying:

Meantime Izabeth, rather than the solutions given in the calculator, try the following:

Possible solution 1: 1,2,6

Possible solution 2: 5,6,0

Possible solution 3: 2,3,7

One of those 3 sets of numbers should solve the puzzle for you.

Argh - don't you hate it when you hit "send" then think... hang on, let's just check that...!!!

I now realise that the link I was looking at (and put in my post) must be an old link, to a version with a mistake in it.

However, having now followed the link in Sandy Sue's post, to what I assume is the correct one, I'm finding that I can't put the number of flowers in at the top, as the whole document is coming up as read only.

However, if I make a copy of the document, that then works fine. The possible solutions I posted are still the ones to try Izabet
