I don't get offered the opportunity to play lonely iceberg. I have completed all the levels except scorched island because I can't make an ice tower. How do I access lonely islan?

You have to complete fishing rod quest on the Frozen Vale Island.

I did complete fishing rod and I gave it to the penguin man.

Once you feed the pinguins, man will give you map to the Lonely Iceberg and it will be unlocked.

I did get the map, but lonely iceberg still wasn't offered. I started a new player and this time I did get offered lonely iceberg. It must have just been a glitch. Thanks for your help. I love this game!!
