I have played through the game 8 times trying to get 100% of gems, I even played through with the gems painted. I went to you tube and made a map of Comit Crash Site and marked the placement of all gems. Twice I tried to find all thregems only to realize that there are 3 gems missing in the same spot both times I played. Has anyone else had this same problem? Also I kept a very good record of my game as I played. VERY PERPLEXED!!!! Guentherpa: playing version 1.03 and there are no buildings on this level to destroy

Do you have latest version (1.03)? I have one of the version 1.02's and can't find 1 blue jewel on Mist Island (which isn't even the same jewel someone else reported not being able to find on 1.02 from the same portal.) I'm really hoping it's me, so I don't have to start over. I went back and found every other jewel, sometimes it took more than one revisit to the island to to get them, but I finally did.

Please note that you might accidently built a building over the gem - this way even painting trick won't help you - you'll need to destroy those buildings. However if you have missing gem on Mist Island this is not the case since you can't build there.
