possible bug

When I am in the dens and fight a group and if the next is too close and I fight them too before picking up whatever dropped from the first fight, the prize disappears. Today it was a figurine of enlightenment. Often it has been credit for research. It is happening with Hope and it happened with my last hero that apocalypse (if  that's a word)  Help!

after you fought a group have the hero walk back a few steps and you will be able to pick it up.

I try to but it disappears before I get to it! I have been just not doing more than one group at a time and pick up what drops before I go to the next, but this has not been a problem before.
