I went to the pyramid Islands and place the oils in all the obelisks,but I still have the oil jugs and I don't know what to do with the beads. Can some one give me a hint :confused:

the rosary beads are the "keys". You'll need to mimic the pattern on the rosary beads at each desert location...

If you still have the oil jugs in a location you may want to double check that the pattern on the obelisks matches the rosary beads. When there is a match, you will receive part of the amulet.

For each rosary I worked counterclockwise matching each obelisk to each set of rosary beads. Once each set is complete, the oil jugs and rosary for that location will disappear and you'll receive one part of the amulet. You'll need to do this two other times in different parts of the desert.

Well, I've tried working clockwise, anti-clockwise, starting from each section one at a time and nothing works. Seriously fed up now :(

Be sure you are using the rosary as a map as well - it tells you where each obelisk is and how to put the oils in each obelisk.
You'll know you have the correct combination because the pyramid at the site will "glow" and when you click on it, you'll get the amulet piece.
