Amazed	In my town Admirals Bay my level three seminary wants a level 5 mission to continue building. I have a level 5 Consulate but it will not allow me to level the Seminary. Has anyone else ran across this problem? 7 years ago Quote	7 years ago Quote

Severine	Normally, a level 4 Seminary requires a level 5 Embassy, not a Mission. A level 5 Consulate is not enough. If yours says it wants a Mission, that'd be a bug. But either way you won't be able to upgrade your Seminary until you've built a lv5 Embassy. 7 years ago Quote	7 years ago Quote
