If you have trouble finding all crystals on Comet Crash Site - here is the map that lists all possible locations.
Different circle colors point on different crystals.

My graphic of this level is blackened - trees burned - shores black, etc. (I think this is supposed to happen after you've completed the level. If there were any gems 'crystals' I'm sure I'd see them at this point. Do they disappear if you've completed all the games and exit the level?
I just went back through and don't see any gems left.

Did you use the crossbow 3 times? It should have given you 3 each of the orange, blue and green gems. Then there are some gems after you get close to the comet. I usually miss the ones to the far right.
In another post, you said you ran the utility that reports what gems you are missing. What colors were they?
