I am going to show an example of how to solve the tesla puzzle. This is an easy one. For this puzzle I chose to start with the two battery cell block in the corner. The bulbs can only go on either side of it.

Now the two battery block next to that only has one choice for a bulb placement so that is where I put it

Next I went to the two battery block where the cursor is, there are only two choices to place a bulb so I did

now there are many choices of where to place bulbs next. I chose to go to another two cell battery block. It now only has two choices of where to place bulbs so I did

This then made it clear where the next two battery block needed it's bulbs placed

Now you can see in the image above that all the remaining one battery cell blocks have only one choice to place bulbs so the next shots just show those bulb in place.

you can see in the image above that now there are only three cells left to light. It is kind of confusing that bulbs can be placed without a battery but this shows it is true, the last cells must all be bulbs since no other place can light them. Here is the finished puzzle
