I have emailed Enkord at least 3 times over the last month or so,and had no reply. I purchased TT GOLD in May 2012 but due to a problem with my computer it got wiped out. I asked if it would be possible to re-download the game without having to pay for it again.I purchased the game for my wife who is bedridden,and only having my pension to live on, I cannot really afford the purchase price again. If there is nothing that can be done from Enkord's end to help me,I can understand,but it would have been nice to have received a reply from customer services. Maybe I'll get an answer this time to my question,but to be honest I'm quite disappointed with Enkord's customer service.
