Undo the association with another player is taking now more then 2 years ;( That is a long time. There is no way we can undo it by ourselfs and I know we (this associated player) and I posted allready more in the past here to ask for help, but maybe you forgot to remove it. So we try it again. Bers please give us a good Christmas and we will never do it again ! :-)

Yes, please please Bers, do this for us, we'd be really grateful. Some other players supported our case but it looks that no one listens. We never even got a reply or explanation from you guys, we're just being ignored.

The association was always permanent and irreversible.

Hi Bers, I understand that the association was implemented to limit/avoid cheating, and I am all for that. However, these 2 players (who have played - and paid while playing - your game for quite some time now, years actually) have admitted to having made a mistake. Couldn't you consider undoing the association? It seems like they have learned their lesson :)

There is no feature to remove association right now. Furthermore, there is no penalties in being associated one to another, if as you say that "made a mistake". If they are indeed separate people and do not interact with each other a lot, the association is merely a line of text.
