I lost all of my VIP status, it was 11 minutes, because I have been unable to get into the game during my non working hours due to the system slowness. Could you please look at the amount I have donated and tell me if you feel this is fair? |

The VIP has a count down so you will lose it eventually anyway. |

I know it does. But I was donating regularly and was up to 11. Now it is all gone. I couldn't get in to spend my Enkord cash and play and continue to donate because of system glitches. I am not donating any longer. |

My point is I was donating regularly because I didn't want to lose it. I would have kept it up had I not run into the issues and could not get in. |
