i only have 73% complete on rainbow road and i know i'm missing
tear of heaven. what island am i supposed to get that or how much complete
of rainbow road do you need i think this is what i'm missing the only item.

You get the Tear of Heaven on the first island. You get the purified Tear of Heaven on Guardian Moon, which you need 100% gems to be able to access.

when i look at my treasury i see a big crystal it says the tear of heaven?
is that what you talking about? what island am i supposed to ge this? i really
don't want to start over again.

If the gem shows and you can mouse over and it tells you WHAT it is, you already have it.
