You need to go back to the The Great Desert, The Oasis and the Abandoned City. At each location you'll find four obelisks with three pots at the bases. Using the clue in rosary that shows up on the side, use the oil to fill the pots correctly. Once you have done this, the pyramid will "glow" and when you click on it, you will be given a piece of the amulet.
