No, they are talking about 4 circles that look like they have red/pink bubbles coming up from the circles. If you look toward the top near the 3 pyramids to the left and to the right are 2 of them. The other 2 are to the left and right of the main pyramid. You have to change the all of them from the color red to green to get the Lost Temple map chest.
